anydesk software spam calls hp care pack

I was advised to download AnyDesk and read the number so they could connect to my phone.

I was then told that they had identified suspicious activity from someone with an IP address in Indonesia who has attempted to transfer $2500 in BTC to another wallet. She asked if I bank with PNC which I confirmed. It asked if I recognized a recent transaction of $2500, if no it said 'please press 1', I pressed 1 and a woman with an Indian accent came on the call, said they were on a Coinbase recorded line and asked me to verify some information (she asked for the last 4 digits of my bank account, which I read). When I picked up an automated message came identifying themselves as 'Coinbase Fraud Protection'. I am very embarrassed as it felt weird from the beginning - should have known that Coinbase does not call customers :(

I don't think there is anything I can do but sharing so this doesn't happen to others. I was just scammed and lost $26k that I had on Coinbase from someone who got me on AnyDesk.
